Introducing Amin & Tara and their hypnotic debut single “Hole”

In the heart of Tehran’s underground scene, a new voice rises—haunting, unfiltered, and boundless. Amin & Tara, a collaborative duo from Iran, make their debut with a single that doesn’t just echo in sound—it reverberates in feeling.

Their track “Hole” (feat. Meshcut) is a descent into the obsessive loop of perfectionism. Anchored in industrial textures and laced with electronic pulse, it opens with the mechanical mantra “do it again”—a hypnotic nod to the relentless grind of never feeling like enough. But underneath the track’s mechanical shell lies something tender. A crack forms. Emotion seeps in. And something healing begins.

“It’s not failure that haunts you,” Amin & Tara explain, “but the impossibility of ever arriving at enough.”

With roots in alternative rock, industrial, and electronic expression, Amin & Tara are crafting soundtracks to raw human moments. As former members of other bands—Tara a drummer, Amin a guitarist—the duo brings deep musical intuition to this new project. Hole is the foundation of a larger artistic world that includes visuals, fashion, and performance.

Amin & Tara formed in 2024. Their name is their truth—no stage names, no masks. Just two artists telling stories the way they need to be told. Sometimes with music. Sometimes with movement. Always with intention. We look forward to hearing more from them in the future.
